Worst day ever. Bike stolen

Damn man I'm just seeing this, sucks bro, but if I'm not mistake if the bike is on your property it doesn't matter if the key was in it or not. Plus depend on your homeowners insurance or if you have it it could even be covered under that policy as well in a recreational vehicle clause.
