Where to find the ECU

I need to locate the ECU on a 2007 bike because I want to fit a Acumem DG8 gear indicator. Where is the ecu located and what does it look like, Thanks for any help.

under the rear of the tank/front of the seat. little (black i guess) box that has two bolt holes on the sides. check pages 8-60 & 8-61 in the service manual.
