Need Help What is there to know when buying a new Ecu and ignition for 20006 fz6?

I have purchased a 2006 FZ6 motor by itself and am uncertain about the compatibility of buying an ECU and ignition system from different motorcycles.
And if it is a compatibility problem with the 2006 model is there a way to "hack" the code? Or jailbreak the ignition to work with my ECU?
I bought the motor without any of the electronics just the mechanical stuff, I'm guessing the loom is fine as there are no circuits

This is a strange problem but I hope it's not to big, I didn't see anyone talking about it.

I think there are a lot more connectors in the electronic system part, and the location of the line continuation does not match fz6. You can try to start by looking for the circuit diagrams of the two.

Getting the parts is not the problem it's the chip compatibility issue that I am worried about and having a red key.
