haha just the weather, The plant is a bunch of separate buildings and there is also some work outside. But the place feels like a sweat shop in the summer!

What is your job? I'm leaning a bit more towards medical rather than nursing as nurses tend to be more compliant with the "Bare Below elbows" guideline.

LOL no I am not a sailmaker, I am an anaesthesiologist.
Not really but I do work for one of the world's leading healthcare technology companies so I get to spend quite a bit of time in the OR training anaesthesiologists to use our equipment which has some unique and cutting edge technologies that save money and improve patient safety (end sales pitch LOL).
The "bare below elbows" guideline is well enforced in the UK but not so much here. Personally I am all for it.
Thanks for the update, who do you work for? I might have used some of your kit in the past.
