Need Help What's this

Found this hollow L piece loose under the air box, anyone have any ideas where it fits ? Black rubber with a thread, mysterious.,! Bike is a Fz6 s2 2008. Thanks

On the front of your frame there are vent holes. These plug into the vent holes and point the L downward. This prevents that area of the from collecting moisture If you look you might see the other one still in the frame.

My father worked in autobody for 25 years. There used to be a guy in his shop that was so meticulous about every bolt and washer he took off a car. I think it's a great habit.
My dad would throw an extra bolt and washer from the scrap bin in with his box of organized hardware. Poor guy would be all over that car looking for where the missing bolt and washer went until he noticed the crew watching and smiling at him...... He knew it was my dad....
