What's the down side for you after losing weight?

Re: Re: What's the down side for you after losing weight?

Exactly what happens when I wear my old leather jacket now! It was fine in the colder months because I would wear a collared sweater and balaclava. Now that it's t-shirt weather, the wind just goes right in and down. It has been replaced with a hot looking A* GP Plus perforated jacket for the Summer :D

Dude it's like a poncho! Haha.

And I'd rather do small weights over running any day. These old knees are hurting from my soccer days when I was younger. Maybe I'll find an elliptical... :p

The downside of losing weight? Well, you are only halfway there if you want to maintain it. The body responds to caloric deficits by gearing up to load up weight the instant you increase your food intake. You have to slowly increase calories over a long period of time to let the body adjust its metabolism or you are going to pile all the weight right back on.
