Frank Zappa is always a favorite. I- pod, wireless remote with custom earspeakers and 30 gig of music.

Anything & everything.....Old School Funk gets me grooving, Hard trance when i am in Sports Riding Mode, Bit of the Doors & Jimi Hendrix when on the cruise....House music when i am feeling grumpy, as it always cheers me up....

Metal & Hard rock work well too, when i am on my mad bad black bike....

I just listen to the bike but on a long journey I listen to trance. Don't know why, but it just sounds floaty and adds to the illusion that I am flying down the road!

In the morning I usually start out slow by listening to some tech death... And when I wake up enough I switch to some death-, grindcore and death metal...

I have never worn headphones on the bike.

Ive stopped trying to make engine noises, given up because I can't replicate the sound of a cross plane cranked R1 motor.

Do talk to myself & have good old sing a longs as I ride :thumbup:

it's an odd mix, but basically hard rock/heavy metal and praise music. just depends on the mood

Totally done it and i listen to less music and more engine now that I switched to the TB pipes.

But when I do listen mostly 80-90's rock
