Update:
The guy called Danny on Friday (late in the day) and said he would be able to pay him Saturday. Saturday morning he calls Danny and asks if it's ok to only pay him $125

The guy starts explaining to Danny that he didn't go to one of his physical theorpy appointments, so workman's comp wouldn't pay him for it, so he check was short.....blah blah blah. Danny said, "hey that's not my problem!" So he somehow came up with the rest
Then Danny signed a month-to-month agreement so their kids can go to school.
oh yeah.....I misunderstood, he DOES NOT have a warrant, he just went to jail in CO. My mistake.
