What is this sound coming from the engine (non FZ6 related)

Hello! :Flash:

I know many of you good people are very knowledgeable on anything that's related close or far with an engine. So I have a useless questions to ask about engine sound. In this youtube video at 1:12, the motorcycle does a crazy engine sound and I can't figure out what it is or why it is doing that.

I don't really aspire to do this sound myself nor remotely close to what that rider is doing, but I'm a big fan of F1 and I often hear that noise from F1 cars. I am not mechanically gifted but I am curious! Anyone?

This is the sound of the engine hitting its maximum rev limiter. this is bad for the engine and means you need to shift up.

So it's the Rev limiter... And no I have never hit my rev limiter on my bike (should I finalimpact? ). I did it on my car a few times though but it didn't do that sound. Unlike the Clio. In any case I'm not interested in doing it but just wanted to know why it did that. I knew you guys would know. Thanks peeps!
