Oil Pump cover I believe... Part # 16 and you'd want the gasket with it.

does anyone know what would happen if i try to remove it to paint it? btw why can't i reuse the gasket?

You don't need to remove the cover to paint it.....just mask off the areas around the cover to prevent overspray.
You should NEVER reuse a gasket. As sure as sunrise, it will leak if you reuse it.

Gaskets usually under a specific torque setting will only compress and seal once. It may not leak right away but will leak for sure in a few days or weeks.

+ on just leaving it on and touch up spraying. Why go overboard?
