Just did a partial water change on one of my fish tanks. The water is pre-filtered through a carbon filter and so it takes a bit of time to go through. Then getting the temperature equalized. I enjoy it.

Make sure you don't get a nitrate, or nitrate spike, and that the ph doesn't get too far out of whack...

Or something like that anyway...it's been a while since I dealt with fish, but your post bought back some nice memories of my discus breeding days. :thumbup:

Hi Cheryl, I use tabs on my browser. When someone walks by, I switch to a work tab (select one that looks convincing). When they pass, switch back to this forum.

I'm reading here too. I think I read a little here and there throughout the work day. Hey, it takes a good 5 minutes for my test equipment to restart anyway and I don't need anymore coffee than I already get.

Apparently god and I have an unstated agreement that he hospitalises me for rest periods, every now and then for random/stupid things.
Maybe its because I never manage to get more than a day off otherwise, maybe its just because he needs a laugh.

Its kind of ironic because at this point a normal job is looking really attractive (once I finish studying) don't know how I'll feel when its actually the case though.

You know , with my fish tank i let mother nature look after it she does a pretty good job and keeps all those nice little fishies primed and ready to jump on my hook everytime i go Fishing :rof:.... I like to call my tank the , Pacific Ocean :rof:
