Weird noise from front left

Is this noise coming from head bearings? Or chassis?
Vibration can be feeled from left crash bobbin... Also steering is vibrating so small.

FYI, thru some PM's, it was determined there is some play at the triple and the lower bearing NOT changed out, the top was with All Balls.

Triple will be pulled and lower bearings replaced and adjusted without the triple clamp on.

Note: the lower bearing did have visable wear on it.
