Hey everyone. Looking for some saddlebags. Hard or soft, probably more in the economical market for soft ones though. If they are used, I'm not really wanting to pay more more than $75 +shipping. Looking for something similar to cortech sports or cortech tribag system.

Also, if you know a good deal on ebay or another forum (SBN,etc) feel free to share. I know a while back I saw a thread on some Teknics for like $40 but can't find an up to date listing. Thanks

I have some used Cortech saddlebags. I made an aluminum support that mounts under the exhaust to keep them from sagging. I'd be willing to let them go for cheap. I'll post some pics up after I get off work of the whole setup. Anyway, I'll post some pics and PM you later.

Piggy,
I'd be interested in these. Some pics would really help, so when you get a chance I would appreciate it!

They are the Cortech Sport Saddlebags (P/N# 82-332). They show signs of wear on the bottom, but are fully functional and all the zippers work. There are no rain covers, but I've heard they can be had for free if you email Cortech. Here are some pictures. The mount is solid aluminum bent to shape and held on by the two 10mm bolt underneath the stock exhaust. Hope that helps! Text, email or PM me with an offer... Don't mind the electrical tape, I used it for reference on bends and haven't taken it off.

Forgive the dirtiness, it was a wet ride home :)

You can see the light wear on the bottom in the next photo...

I've got to bend the side mounts a little more vertical, but you get the idea...

I also think to change my givi top case with soft bags.
These bags look cool on the bike.
Are these support brackets vital for soft bags ?
Without brackets, is it too bad ?

Sometimes when they are weighted down, they will rub against the tire. Otherwise, they are not vital. I have them on the because I like how they look sitting straighter. Hope that helps.
