I bought mine off JakeWilson.com because I had a $10 off coupon. Checking now, I see they're only $30. They're a PITA to install but it's worth it.

When I was looking I couldn't find any vids but there's multiple threads on it. I had a big trip coming up and wanted to make sure it was done right so I had a local shop do it and they let me watch. Looked pretty simple and they didn't use any special tools, they just used a long drift to get the old races out and a steel pipe to pound the new ones in and press the new lower bearing on.

awesome that will probably have to be how its done

i have gotten a "shutter" in the front bight when im depressing the front brake after i go over a bump and since I've checked my front end and the the brakes im pretty sure my steering bearing is going. so this will be an improvement either way
