I remember reading an article about their first prototype. I believe it was Ducati powered with a lot of carbon fiber parts. Wonder what kind of weight that steering and suspension combo adds at the track. I'd like to see how the steering actually works and I wonder how it feels.

Italian style with a Japanese drive train sounds like a recipe for success to me.

I don't think the place where you're supposed to put your rear qualifies as a seat though.
