According to reports I've read and Snopes, the whole thing is an unedited run and nothing was faked, cgi'd or pieced together.

I dunno....I spotted some unnatural inertia in there....I can't believe those wheels would roll uphill like that, but I've seen a lot of things on the Internet

If you read the blogs they put up about it, it was all about weights they had placed in the tires and carefully balanced. When they were touched, in order to right themselves, they had to move uphill. It was done in 2003 and they still claim it was all real to date.

And maybe not so much trickery, but I always liked this one. They've done some pretty good commercials over the years with the exceptions of the one with a choir and one with an orchestra made from car parts. I found those 2 nauseatingly smug.
