Hey guys,
I thought I have read about this before, but I have been searching for some time now and haven't found anything.

So my round, 2007, all digital, with the inmobilizer led, went bad.
Can I just connect a US speedo?
I know I'll loose the led for the inmobilizer, but besides, will it work?

thanks

I would venture to guess that the immobilizer is wired into the gauge itself....you would need to probably have to take the immobilizer off completely.
I dont like to mess with crap like that, just find a euro gauge set.

where can I find it?

i'd guess that the guage would be identical, and the US version may have the immobiliser LED, the difference being in the ECU/keylock

maybe somebody on here could confirm?

I agree that it probably has the light. No reason to manufacture a different cluster for one LED.

:Flash:One other thing. The OP said he has a round cluster. The last round type was 2006 in the US. so if he wants a round and he's getting a US. model he wants a 2006 and older. In 2007 the US model was different.
