Urgent question

I am thinking about buying a new exhaust for my 05 fz6, I i purchase a new slip on exhaust such as a leo vince. Would I need to modify my bike in anyway to install the exhaust? also i hear people taling about dyno tunes and CO adjustments, is that necessary?

I believe that there are no adjustments necessary for this as long as it is just a slip on. If you went with a full exhaust you may have to go with a power commander.

Not necessary but you will get more gain with a dyno tune or at least going in a adjusting the co

this is because i plan on buying one this afternoon
i just wanted to make sure that i wouldnt need to mod it.. by the way It will change the sound correct?

That's about the only thing it will do.. change sound. Don't expect to actually feel major power gain.
