Two brothers silencers

Thinking of making custom silencers for the TB cans... i know others have done it.. any suggestions on hole size? also i was thinking instead of one big hole to do many small ones... i work at a sheetmetal shop, so i can play around all day with different ways to do it...

any thoughts on air restriction and adverse effects on HP?

Can't help much but I am very interested in how it turns out. I hate riding with ear plugs. I'm planning on repacking them pretty soon here.

I made my mine with 1.25" holes. It's still loud, but comfortably loud. My first set I made with 7/8" holes (same as the stock muffler), they were too quite for me.

I also put a small bead of silicone around the outer edge on both sides, so that they fit the recessed area and don't rattle.
