I have added the mods of led rear turn signals, new plate light and flush front signals, now that I am wiring back up none of my turn signals are working, when I click them on either way it shows nothing on the display

You probably blew a fuse. This happened to me when I changed my turn signals out. Just check the fuses, and if it's blown, replace it. You should have an extra fuse of the same kind in your fuse box. Make sure to buy a replacement, though, b/c you don't want to be without an extra if it happens again.

where would i find the fuse box on my 06

If you are sitting on your 06 it is behind the back right fairing that says FZ6... When I changed my taillight LED I also blew a fuse.
