Most years I go on a long weekend trip organized by my work, this year the plans have been made known much earlier, as this will be a longer trip than usual and they want to check if enough people are interested, as they need a minimum amount of riders to make it financially viable. At the moment It’s looking as if this trip will be taking place on the 10 september next year (2015).
The plan is to take the DFDS ferry from Ijmuiden (Holland) to Newcastle(North England) on the Thursday evening. After disembarking on the Friday morning we will all be heading North west in smaller groups, making our way to Brunston Castle holiday park near the west coast of Scotland. On the Saturday there will be an organized ride around the area followed by a BBQ and a few beers. On the Sunday we will be heading back to the east coast for the night boat back to Holland.
The prices have been kept to a minimum as we will be going with a group, It’s really great to have something to look forward to next year, especially now the days are getting shorter :cheer:.
