Hope you fight it, but don't expect the court to be fair and just. Remember, the "fair and unbiased" judge works for the same company that's bringing the charges against you.

Surely that is total bollocks????

As an ex police officer I have never known a judge work in my favour. Quite the opposite in fact. The judge favours the citizen if they can show the slightest reasonable doubt.

All you can do is go and plead your case without losing your temper..when you do that you are screwed twice.
