I was familiar with the basic's of a rotary engine but looking at the detail is really neat...

You'd think with todays technology, they could get the sealing problems (from the older motors) corrected.

Much, much more efficient and simplier than a standard 4 stroke engine...

One of my first jobs after school, back in 1979, was behind the spares counter in a Mazda dealership. If a guy came in with a long face or in tears we knew he wanted a seal kit for an RX-2 or Capella rotary! Expensive even in those days!
