The fz6 dream ride...its a dream..

Most of my threads have been mod threads so this one is a little different. However....I will have a mod thread up next week sometime with speed healer,PC III, KN filter, and Dyno tuned if I can get it in.

So I have been pondering for the last few day about this post on 5 members you could ride with from this forum. It really took some thought because I have wanted to ride with a couple Aussies and some people out of state. The members that I consider must be over atleast 300 miles away or more. Honestly If I had to pick 5 members from this forum it would be pretty easy for the most part but I would love to just ride with these guys:

Boneman (your bike was my first design ideas)

Wavex (yours was next lol)

Nelly (I like your profile picture) it's badass (honestly Ive never really talked
to this guy lol)

Wolfman (the pink fz6 is pretty tight)

CChouseky (You were wanting to go ride with me if you ever had the chance)

These guys have also in someway helped me whether they know it or not because I usually jump on this site to check their profile to see if they came up with anything new for the fz6. Also there have also been other that have helped me with the fz6 too such as Krid and Ridgeback.

Note: Im not trying to single people out but this would be my dream ride. I do like everyone equally here who participates in the forum.

- Wavex (always learn something new from him and sometimes have to check myself)
- Montigiro (formerly known as nccoder formly known as prince)
- shreveport1 (who wouldn't want to ride with Stine Cold Steve Austin )
- tom5796 (got two great bikes)
- lonesoldier84 (he kinda makes me nervous and kinda makes me laugh )
- vegasrider (now that he's all licensed to teach and everything )
- boneman (also all licensed to teach)

Geoff, you would definitely make my list (and seeing as how we aren't THAT far away from each other, it's not out of the question). I say we meet at Deal's Gap, once it reopens of course! :thumbup:

If I try and make a list, it'll either be so damn long that people will get bored or I'll forget someone and then I'll feel bad. But hey, just off the top of my head...

Wavex - He's answered more of my silly questions over the years than just about anyone. Plus, he's French...I took French throughout high school...so it would be fun to try and understand what he was saying (if I could get him to speak in his native tongue). The only downside to having him on my list? Having to worry if THIS will be the ride when he goes down (because you just KNOW it's gonna happen!) J/K, David!

Boneman - What can I say? He's another member that's helped me through a lot of mods and dumb questions, yet he's always friendly and helpful. I consider him the "fatherly" member here. Plus, he's got the coolest FZ6 website out there! Members don't get any better than Dave, that's for sure.

armystrong - Marc was integral to me taking a deep breath and finally going through with my Buell conversion. If wavex was the spark that lit the match on that idea, then Marc was the flamethrower that coached me through it...LOL. Heck, I modeled my bike after his (don't let him be modest...his looks so much better than mine! Stupid seat cowl! )

you know, i have thought about this one and i just don't know. i mean, maybe if we could do top 5 by regions but i still think that'd be pretty tough. even as i type this i took a little break to see if i could give it a go. the list is just too long. and like others, i'd leave someone out. just can't narrow it down. who knows, maybe someone will make me made later and i'll have a shorter list and repost. for now, i say you're all good in my book.
