I have a front brake switch, Part # 3yx-82917-01. It was supposed to fit my 2005 FZ6, and it's not even close. The place I bought it from won't respond to me, so my mistake (their mistake) can be your gain.
If you have a need for this part, shoot me a PM. I'll drop it in the mail to you.
Even have the new screw. Let me know.
