Found a link to a steering damper kit, some Members were considering purchasing some time ago.

I remember seing these too. Don't know if they are better or not, but the price is higher

I wouldn't trust a non-namebrand damper.

Matris or Ohlins are the only way to go. A few places aren't worth cheaping out on. That's one of them!

Also, if you look into the offroad side of stabilizer, since they will fit with our bar style.

Scotts and GPR, make nice stabilizer that mount on the cross bar. There is another company I just saw the other day that mounts under the bars. Not sure if there is enough room on the FZ to make that work.

I just noticed the other day that the RC8 is coming with WP stabilizer. That would be another good route. Price tags on a good stabilizer will be anywhere from 300 USD to 500 USD... I wont ride and offroad bike hard with out a stabilizer on it. They make a world of difference.
