Standard servicing time

Hi,

recently I visited my local Yamaha service here in Croatia and I saw that the repair man had an offical Yamaha list of servicing times where it stated how much time it takes for each kind of repair. For example, half hour for oil change, etc. and he charged me in accordance to that list. Is that list available somewhere online?

Our friendly insurance folks use the Mitchell Manual as a means of determining parts cost, part numbers, labor hours, repair times, refinish times etc. It's all on-line at a cost. I can only imagine a registered dealer has factory manuals with similar info.

I have a scanned copy for my auto but that's of little value here.
