Just got back from picking my wife up from the airport. The sun had long since gone down here. Lo and behold, i luckily noticed about 5 cage lengths ahead in the left hand lane - is a motorcycle dude with no visible reflective gear AT ALL with no working lights AT ALL just moving right along with traffic. He was wearing all dark colors as was his bike! I said out loud, "look at this idiot". My wife couldn't even see him until I pointed directly at his position. 
I did flash my hi beams to which there was no response.
Now, he may have had some sort of electrical issue and was just trying to make it home. However, no matter what the reason, it is not worth risking his life and possibly the lives of others. :spank:
