smaller turn signals?

I'm trying to find some smaller turn signals than the stock ones. ("mini stalk" I think they are called).
Are there any that attach just like the factory signals and plug into the factory connector?
The only ones i have seen use a nut to mount it somehow.

Granted you live in the US, but I'm sure there must be somewhere that stocks the adapter leads? Similar to Indy Leads Honda/Kawasaki 2 Pack you could simily plug the bullet connectors into these?

These are what i'm looking for but.....
The Mini Cat-eye Short Stalk size is 1 15/32 x 1 5/32 x 7/8" and requires a 7/8" dia. hole

This is the part I don't understand, how do they attach to the fairing?
