Went for a 300 mile ride today, all over northern Arizona. I was on my fz6 of course and the two other guys were on 1000cc bikes, one was on an fz1(gen 1) the other was on a cbr 1000 both carburated. Most of the day was spent above 5000 ft elevation and twisty. I just wanted to let you guys know that I was able to keep up with both bikes very easily, and leave them in the tight sections. The fuel injection made all the diference!

(Don't tell them but I used less fuel too)

Lol! Yes the fz6 is quite a weapon in the right hands....only thing is, once you get out into the open roads, the liter bikes leave the fz6 for dead!

I didn't pack my camera this morning. One of the group members, who was on vacation, had thier camera but I wont get the pics for at least a week. :spank:

Or just use one of those mountain bike handle 'jobbies' that lets a weaker/slower rider keep up with the stronger/faster rider. Saves on fuel too! :D
