P.S. Yes, I had to off-road for a little ways to climb that hill. The final bit was a really steep slope 
But before that it was deep ruts and concrete. Why the hell were there concrete chunks in the middle of a field? I can get the big rocks intermingled with the ruts, but chunks of concrete? Wtf.

Before you leave for the big trip you should put your front fender back on. Sir Fazer's radiator will thank you for it! Like that double bubble. My new windscreen is a smoked. Looks really good. How are the brakes now with the new lines and fluids?

The tires obviously would slip as soon as you needed any grip from them.
The bike, on the other hand, plowed through. Just had to go slow (except the run-up the hill)
As for the front guard, I couldn't figure out how to get it back on and was eager to get out and ride. I'll have it back on soon, Dad.
The brake lines are AMAZING. Seriously. I knew they would get more responsive but I am extremely pleased with the level of feel you have now. Varying pressure you know exactly how much they are biting and just how much to get on the brake progressively or come off it progressively for the EXACT amount of braking you need for any situation.
And as for the new sprockets....why didn't the bike come like that?

Awesome pictures Lone. :thumbup: Very dramatic and great way to make use of the weather conditions. I always think I'm going to do stuff like that when the opportunity arises but then I usually get lazy and accomplish nothing...

Nice! You still don't have frame sliders after that gash on the right?
I actually can't install them because I crushed the bolt. I bought the sliders, had them in my garage, but put off installing them (this is when I first got the bike).
I then low-sided the bike and was never able to use the sliders. Have been thinking abou thaving someone take a look at that bolt and see if they cant get it out somehow.
@ everyone else, thanks for the kind words. much appreciated. I love that picture its my wallpaper at work and I cant stop looking at it. When you can see the whole image at once without having to scroll it looks so awesome.
