Speaking of the right choice, it was suggested that I ride one of their two Buell Blasts because I was more experienced that most of the students. The other one went to the 6'9" guy over 325lbs. What an odd, yet fun machine. 500cc, ONE cylinder, geared high. They kept having to slow me down. Moving that thing was a lot of fun. Waiting sucked.
I learned a LOT. Some of what I did learn, I kinda already knew subconsciously but doing it on the course with evaluation does wonders. Did perfect on written and skill! Now to rinse and repeat on mine.
Oh, and I will never complain how buzzy our bikes are. Try sitting on a Buell for several hours. Yesterday, I got on my bike to grab lunch. It was surreal... like I was floating on a cloud. The seat, however, it about 3 times as thick on the Blast so it was tolerable.
