As for the throttle side bar end, yeah you will need a longer bolt. I tried using some of the included washers but could only fit 2 on and still JUST have enough thread left. This is an issues with 05 FZ6 as well (and I assume most).

Snap! me too,got it fairly snug like that but I will be picking up a longer bolt tomorrow.

I'm so glad to see this thread. I've been having issues with the throttle side bar end also. Looks like a longer bolt will be my solution (tried the washers already).
