Ok, here's the deal:

I have to write a claim letter for my tech writing class (one of those BS classes that you have to take for a job that will probably never use it) and I wanted to choose something that I recently had an issue with. I am claiming the directions are hard to follow, and there is no provided list for which solution is required for the required bike (except Honda). After I turn this in for grading, I may end up just sending it to Rizoma to get this nonsense fixed.

Instructions??? What instructions???

Easy to install but I could never get the throttle side to not bind the throttle. As a results I had to leave a gap between the throttle and the bar end. Then one day the bar end wasn't there, and its still not there. Oh well...

I didn't like them. I ended up losing the throttle side one right before my new bar end mirrors came in, and I even have a Rizoma handlebar.
