Right yoshimura end can slightly loose

Hi I have yoshis slip ons on my bike and I've realized that the right can is slightly loose. I can move it like half a centimeter if I tried. But it does not wobble and takes a little force to move. The left can however won't budge and is secure. I Looked at the screws and bolts and they all seem pretty tight to me. I can't tighten them further though cause the mechanic that installed the pipes tightened the nuts for the tail fairing too tightly and I can't get the piece out to access any of the screws and bolts.

Just wondering if it's normal for the right can to be able to move slightly as it doesn't seem that any part has not been installed correctly or not tightened enough.

I think they were only for the Japanese/Asian market
