Rear Wheel Dampers

Hello,

In my last rear tire change, tire guy told me to change the rear wheel dampers soon. Did anyone ever change any of them?


I mean this part:

Nope, their NOT a wear out item..

Maybe he had a hard time pushing back in the sprocket carrier.

I usually give them a light coat of silicone spray, goes together a little easier.
