Hi all,

I'm keen in upgrading my rear shock. Other than ohlin, are there any other shocks up for recommendation?

Something cheaper but value for money?

Penske has something

I recently contacted Penske and they offer something that works on our bike.

I believe they have a newer model which is actually cheaper than the Ohlins.

The info is on a thread that I created somewhere here, but drop them a line from their website and they'll give you suggestions. I'm really considering going with them, if I can get over my cheapness....

Any reason you don't want Ohlins? I have an Ohlins rear and I love it. I bought it 2nd hand from another forum member. Soooo much better than stock.

Thanks for all the replies. Will take a look at it.

I do, just that it's quite costly at where I'm. So would like to see any replacement that are any cheaper but still does the job equally well too.

Cheers!

look at hyperpro products....i bought the hyperpro progressive rear spring but haven't installed it yet...they are a lot cheaper but i doubt they are as good as ohlins... mine came in black not purple:thumbup:
