This its my first bike ('08 fz6) i got it used with 14k on it. I've had it about a month and just started to change gears at high rpms and noticed rattle noise that starts at 6k and stops around 8k.it sounds like its coming from the handle bars but I don't know if this is normal out what to check

It's the clutch lever. Next time you hear it put your hand on the lever see if the sound goes away.

The harmonics of the engine tend to line up around 6k such that it vibrates the most around there, as you noticed. Since everything isn't perfectly rigid, that's where you're going to notice things vibrating the most - could be any of the things mentioned, or a connector, or bodywork...nothing to worry over.
