You could try ducting one of these doovas. They can't up the pressure too much but I don't think you want too much or you'll start needing waste gates etc.

What they are reputed to do is give you a larger amount of torque lower down in revs by increasing the air flow momentum more than anything else.
Of course on a bike, current draw is probably the big killer.
