I went with the ROX Speed Fx Anti-Vibration risers. Their design allows for pivoting at 2 places, allowing for more adjustment. They fit without having to lengthen any cables, but I can't say much for the anti-vibration feature.
I tried two different sets of bar risers and then settled with higher Renthal bars. Check my signature link for details. I'm hoping to lengthen all the cables and then use risers and higher bars together at some stage. Not sure if that will look dumb though!
After reading the replies and a little more research, I opted for the Motech's. I installed them and could not quite get the bar from rotating when using it to get the bike on the center stand. I instered two plastic spacers, retightened and it now works great. Definitely changed my riding position to a more upright orientation. I put over 100 miles on yesterday and the right hand numbness that plagued me before is gone. I have notice minimal change in the handling. If anything, it seems to be easier to push into corners.
Anyway, I am happy with the result. Would definitely do it again.
