I like the red & white, I would add some ice blue pearl or sparkle over the white, give it some dimension & pop!, a mid coat of clear & pearl over the white would cheap and easy since you're getting 2-3 coats of clear already.:thumbup:

Thanks guys. The painter is amazing, he's a true artist and his sense of design is very refined.

I started by showing him photos of Ben Spies M1 in Laguna Seca colors. Then Kenny Roberts OW48, RZ350s, and TZ250s. Then he developed the drawing. We've made a few tweaks but I told him to run with it.

He mainly does choppers and stuff so this is a little different for him. He's really into the project and seems as excited as me. :thumbup:

wow what a transformation. i like the design and that mat red looks genuinely trick. i too prefer the yellow colour scheme but this turned out magically nice

Man that thing looks sick! I would be afraid to put it on the track because of the risk of messing up that beautiful paint job! I'm glad you went with the red because IMHO the yellow has been played out and the red is something new for that design
