I take you mean the inside of the bottle LOL :Im With Stupid:
Its to do with the glue reacting with the oxygen once it leaves the bottle that makes it go hard,so if you wont the glue to set faster breath on it :thumbup:

The boring answer is that it is due to the evaporation of the solvent in the glue, in the bottle there is not enough air to allow much solvent to evaporate.

I know this is a joke but think about this,
Chances are humans did not evolve from apes but rather, in a parallel evolutionary path meaning the two species may very well have had a common ancestor. There are more than a few that would argue species Pan troglodyte should in fact be H. troglodyte. The species is the only animal besides humans known to routinely create and use specialized tools specifically for hunting. For anyone that may think great apes are dumb, don't bet on it as they are extremely intelligent and capable of many human skills including a basic understanding of the American Sign language.
