The City of Perth has decided to put a paved footpath around the Rossi Football Stadium. The footpath will be built so that the area of the stadium remains the same. If the path is to be 3m wide...
a) What will be the perimeter of the path and the stadium? The dimensions of the stadium are 210m x 460m.
b) What will be the area of the paved portion of the stadium?
