Pages 121 and 122

Do the Twilight books number the pages differently than "normal" books? Every book that I opened has the even pages on the left, and the odd on the right. So page 121 is right of page 120, adds to 241. Page 122 is left of page 123, adds to 245. I got the same results even if I held the book upside down, simulating being in Australia
