ohlins rear shock, 46HRC or 46HRCL

hi, maybe someone here knows this. i was looking up the ohlins shock and found two models. the 46HRCL costs about $30-$50 more. the sites dont say the difference.

L should stand for length...the L version has ride height adjustability. The R and the C stand for, you guessed it, rebound and compression. The H refers to the type of shock in general...can't remember exactly.

I have the L version.

Usefull to set up te bike for road or track ( higher = more nervous steering ).

But it's not a quick fix, the nut's don't have easy acces.

I would go for the L again if I could.

And you won't regret upgrading to an Ohlins, it's so much better then the stock shock :thumbup:.
In combination with my Andreani cartridge fork kit ... a whole new bike
