Odd bikes i saw in bermuda

well, got the pics from our honeymoon in bermuda, they have a 30mph island wide speed limit... so you dont see very many bikes over 250 cc. actually i didnt see any, but bikes were everywhere... usually about 125 cc, which i though was hilarious, "honda cbr 125, faster than your average push mower"

check out the size of this one compared to the scooter... hehe

again, check out the size next to the scooter... its a 150 cc hehe

Yeah, I'm sure that some of the 125cc riders sometimes get rebellious and push those puppies up to to 35 Mph.

it sucks for sure, but its totally understandable. as a pedestrian walking around 30 mph is fast as hell. blind curves dont describe it. here are how some of the roads look. alot of them are back alleys

If there was a state in the US that had 30 mph state-wide speed limit, people would still be buying 150hp liter bikes. It's kind of refreshing to see a place where motorcycling is about practicality.

I thought those little things looked kind of cute, non-threatening, and inviting. The bikes I mean.

He He,- got back from my wedding in northern norway (way above the polar circle) in august. Up there the had just fined a fellow Dane 3000Us$, impounded his car and his passport for speeding, - he was going 8 km/h to fast in a 60Km/h zone .........
He did not get either car or passport back until he paid up in full ...... The poor dude was on what was supposed to be 1 weeks vacation, - ended up beeing a 2 week stay for him while he sorted it out.
