Obnoxious Exhaust

So I'm driving my son to camp today and I notice a guy on a sport bike, I get closer and see it's an R6 with one of those Moto GP style mufflers, that's an oxymoron because there is nothing to muffle anything. It was loud, no more than a megaphone.

Now don't get me wrong, I like a NICE loud exhaust, as long as it sounds good. This thing sounded craptacular!

The dude zipped through traffic and was about 150 meters in front of me, and I could still hear the drone from him. Terrible sound...

No I don't have a picture of it, you've seen the kind.

Sounds familiar, we have "local" squid with the same set-up, sounds like a $19.95 piece of stove pipe tacked on... However the LEO's make an easy target of him for noise violations.

thats not as bad as this japanese car near where i live. it is SCREEEEEEAMINGLY loud going under 60kph. it can go faster, its just the most insanely loud muffler in the history of exhaust systems. ive heard a lot and nothing compares to this goof. it is seriously amazing how horrible it sounds.

Many years ago I had a BROWN 1978 Toyota Celica (Chel-lee-ka). It made a whiplash producing 92 hp, or so. Well being the young and budding mad modifier that I became...I had a cheap glasspack muffler put on it. From that day, sometime in 1983 or 84, I, HELLGATE, started the trend of putting obnixious mufflers on cheap Japanese cars! And since that halcion day I have been haunted by my creation! AAAAAHHHHH!!!!! SAVE US from the FART CAN!!!!!
