Nurbur ring bikes

Watching that isle of man vid got me thinking about how intense it would be to take a bike around the ring and just how fast one can do it i know supercars can make it below 7.30 but ive never seen any bike times. So my question is are there any bike races like this that take place at the ring and what kind of lap times can they turn?
