I walked outside to find that my FZ has been egged. What has this world come to that someone has to egg a mans motorcycle!!! :rant:

Too bad the engine wasn't running...that thing gets so hot to the touch the eggs would of fried up and slipped off. Kidding aside, I'm sorry to hear that.

That sucks. Good excuse for a cleaning I guess.
Check to make sure they didn't do anything else (even something as minor as flicking the cut-off switch) and keep a close eye on the bike for a few days.
I read a story last year of a guy who rode his Ducati 3000+ miles. He went to sleep one night on the trip to the sound of a bunch of drunks outside of his motel room. He woke the next morning to find his bike was BEAT to HELL and tipped over. He laughed it off, taped everything together (mirrors, plastic bits, seat) and just kept riding.
Your best revenge is a long ride.

Where did the eggs hit? metal or plastic? if metal then it will start to rust after a while, so i would get it painted before it damages anything, sorry

Thats deffo bad form old chap, you can insult SWIMBO, kick my dog but dont touch my bike. I hope it cleans up ok.
Must say though , I'm a bit surprised that nobody has said how eggstremely stupid these vandals are. I would be eggsasperated if sombody had done this to my bike. I would want to beat them, I would want to fry them, Sorry, must go now I am whisking myself into a frenzy just thinking about it

Wow man some people got some balls. Who gets their kicks off by destroying somebody's bike. At least they didn't steal it or do any major damage.

I am on a job transfer for Toyota (I work in Indiana) right now and am living in an apartment complex in Lexington, KY. So I do have out of state plates on the bike. Another thing that gets to me is that at home it is garaged out of the elements now it is open game to weather and anyone who wants to screw with it. One good thing is that the paint seems to be ok but that does not make it right. They egged the entire bike the dash and everything even the freaking seat. I counted a total of about 7 or 8 eggs. Thanks everyone for the support!!!! :thumbup:

two words man... potato cannon. non-lethal in most respects, not considered a firearm, and technically you would be returning fire in the same respect. they throw eggs, you throw potatoes. only real difference is that the potato travels at the speed of sound. just have to catch em in the act. easy to make, and if you are so inclined, they can also shoot gasoline fire bombs :thumbup:

The paint is ok. I had it custom painted back in March so there is plenty of clear coat on the tank ect. Theflat black parts came out with no stains thankfully.
