Looks braw mate. Where bouts in scotland you from?

Ive always fancied a shot on naked one to see how it compares to my fazer, bet it feels like a completely different bike

From Kilmarnock Dave . Yoursel m8 ? Thanks for comment on the wheels, think it is different to ride than the fazer but aint ridden a fazer so cant really comment. Only other similar sized bike i.ve ridden is my brother in laws sv 650 which is completely different!! FZ6 murders that after 60.

Cheers Mac .What is the actual horse power of this model cos i can never get a definite answer? Nice bike you have as well

Motorpoint FZ6 Review ( AUS )
Claimed power is around 98BHP at 12,000RPM and a torque value of 46.5 FT/LB at 10,000.

Motorcyclistonline.com Review
Yamaha claims 98 crankshaft horses at 12,000 rpm

etc. etc...

i don't have any real world figures, never been to a dyno.
maybe someone else who has dyno'd will post their specs?

Mac.

:thumbup:Thanks Mac thats more than i'd been told .I was told about 88-90 hp but maybe thats at the back wheel.

your probably right.
many specs, car or bike, like to quote power @ flywheel etc...

either way i'm happy with whatever she develops, puts a smile on my face :Sport:
